5 Reasons To Choose VERTX
The Remote trolley market has never been more competitive, and with so many features and add-ons available, it can be hard to understand just what you're getting from each trolley. Here, we break down 5 key features that we think make the VERTX Remote, the best Remote trolley in the world.
1) Active Terrain Control
At Stewart we like to do things differently. When developing our new Remote trolley, we wanted to give golfers more than just simple downhill breaking. The new VERTX Remote had to feature something that players not only needed, but something that would help enhance their experience on the course. With that, Active Terrain Control (ATC) was born. ATC means that the VERTX doesn't simply apply the breaks when going downhill. Instead, its Cortex microchip assesses the environment and reacts up to 1000 times per second to changes in the gradient. The result? The VERTX automatically adjusts the power in its motors according to the slope it is travelling on, this way the trolley maintains the same speed as when it was on flat ground. Therefore, it never runs away down hill! What's more, the same process works while going uphill. The VERTX automatically recognises more power is needed in its motors to maintain its speed. This allows players to simply make their way around the course without having to constantly adjust their trolley's speed.

2) Remote Range
Okay, honestly we surprised ourselves with this one!
Now officially, we state that the VERTX is built with a 100 yard Bluetooth Remote range. However, in testing (and you can see via the demonstration in the video) the VERTX has regularly reached well over 200 yards AND STILL reacted instantly to all our remote signals. In fact, on the par four we tested this on, the VERTX managed to reach the green while still in complete control.
Of course, we don't want any runaway trollies on the course. That's why the VERTX is fitted with a safety cut-out of 30 yards. If no buttons are pressed on the handset after 30 yards the trolley will come to a complete stop. So there wont be any nasty surprises if the trolley is accidentally set rolling whilst the player takes their drive!

3) Battery Size
The VERTX comes with the option of either a 27-hole or 45-hole battery. Making it the longest running trolley on the market. With its unbeatable range, golfers are able to play their game for longer, with zero fears that their trolley will run out of juice mid-round. To further put their minds at ease, the VERTX battery uses our second generation of SmartPower battery, first introduced with the Q Follow. This means that golfers are able to get a live update on the exact power their trolley has remaining, via the Stewart Golf mobile app (which can be downloaded via the QR code on the product's manual, or from the Apple Store for ios devices).

4) Simple, Compact Folding Experience
There's nothing worse than treating yourself to a new toy and then having to spend the next couple of days figuring out how it all gets put together. Plastic bags full of minute screws and parts, instructions in every language but your own. Thankfully, with the VERTX Remote, golfers can be ready to go from the moment their trolley is delivered. No assembly needed. So, naturally the VERTX folds up super compact, after all we have to get it in its box fully built. Once it arrives at the door, simply charge it up and it's ready to hit the course.
One other feature that the VERTX offers, that other remote trolleys seem to have overlooked, is an integrated carry handle for when the trolley is fully folded. This handle allows players to simply transport the VERTX from the car boot or garage.
Once at the club, it's only a matter of seconds until the VERTX is ready for the course. In fact, in a recent test, we timed the unfolding process to take a mere 6 seconds! Now that's speedy.

Is the vertex a remote and follow combination.. the one for £1349
Looking for new trolley
May I refer to this post.
I play with a boy. Goes by the name of Craig MacLean. Cheating b**tard
Beany on August 14, 2023
He is lying. He can even play golf. Absolutely torture with his new rubber shafted clubs. He arrives at the course with them in his duffle bag, and does not get onto the 1st tee box as he has his £1 Slazenger trainers on. They have now banned him. Alan McQueen aka “the bean”
Not that I’ll ever be able to afford one of these but….Maybe it does this already, but it would be good if you could use your phone in the same way you would a drone, i.e. you touch the screen where you want it to go to, and it goes there and waits for new instructions?
