Like everything on a Stewart Golf trolley, a lot of thought and design has gone into even an apparently simple thing like how the handset fits on the handle cradle, but we do still get customers snapping off the clip on the back of the handset because they’re not quite using it correctly.
If you have got a Stewart powered trolley – X series or F series – then take a quick look at this video:
It shows how the handset needs to be slid on and off the cradle and not sprung off. Springing the handset off the cradle is what puts pressure on the clip and can lead it to break.
The angle of the cradle is also important: if yours has been adjusted and now stops you sliding the handset on and off then it is very simple to adjust, and the video shows you how to do this also.
