Every Q Follow, X9 Follow, and X10 Follow is supplied with a compact handset which is individually coded to each trolley (think of it as a car key). Opt for a spare handset and you can leave one in your golf bag or at the club.
If you are an existing owner and have lost your handset, please enter your serial number in the box above. If you think you have a fault please contact our service department as we may be able to help diagnose the issue before you purchase a replacement.

Replacement handsets are supplied with a silicon skin which must be used at all times.
I recently lost my handset (dropped in car park presumably). I then in heat of moment ordered the wrong replacement (booked a service instead of a new handset), the customer service team at Stewart were quick to credit my money back when I pointed out what I had done. They then ensured that I was then sent the correct item promptly. Thank you
