Every Q Follow, X9 Follow, and X10 Follow is supplied with a compact handset which is individually coded to each trolley (think of it as a car key). Opt for a spare handset and you can leave one in your golf bag or at the club.
If you are an existing owner and have lost your handset, please enter your serial number in the box above. If you think you have a fault please contact our service department as we may be able to help diagnose the issue before you purchase a replacement.
If you are ordering a spare handset to go with a brand new order for an X9 and X10 Follow golf trolley, please just enter 'NEW' in the box above.
Replacement handsets are supplied with a silicon skin which must be used at all times.
I am very happy with the Trolley and as it is my 3rd Follow I have been able to "follow " the ongoing development to improve the product even more over the years.
The only question I have is that it is not easy to remove the battery from the Trolley after golf!
The area to do this is very narrow and as I have quite large hands I need to use a coin or a key to get in this area in order to open and release the battery from the Trolley .

The release mechanism is designed to be secure while in use, but we understand that for those with larger hands the access can feel a little tight. New Remote for Q Follow - SO much better!!!
I felt compelled to write this review having lost/misplaced the original follow remote my Stewart Q follow came with. The new remote (I ordered through the Stewart website) is SO much better than the previous one - looks the same, but the connection is MUCH better.
I've always been delighted with the Q follow trolley, but I did find the trolley 'occasionally' lost connection with the remote and you'd find my trolley 100 yards down the fairway thinking it was behind me. Since the new replacement remote arrived I've played 4 or 5 times and the new remote hasn't lost connection once. Needless to say, I'm delighted with the results and thought I'd share this with my fellow golfers, as this is a game changer for me.
Customer service is also exceptional and I'll continue to purchase their goods, as they really are very good quality.

Useless replacement remote
I’ve now had 5 remotes only one working properly in follow mode!
The last replacement didn’t work at all in follow mode!
No reply from customer service!
