Bought a vertex trolley and in the first 12 months was ok. Despite being a remote controlled trolley and quite bottom heavy, there are still occasions when it can tip over. This left me questioning the hefty price tag. In the second year of owning the battery totally failed me. Unfortunately Stewart had no effective replacements and offered me a repair, which I rejected and waited for two months for a replacement battery. As a gesture of goodwill they gave are a few items that I requested for free. Overall not a totally bad experience. Should always have sufficient spares. I now see that the same trolley is now cheaper than when I bought it, and now comes with a free rangefinder. Means I paid far more than they’re worth now. Would I buy another one .? Not really sure

We do always aim to keep sufficient spare parts available, but in this case an unexpected manufacturing delay meant we were temporarily without stock. Quad lock phone holder
Really good product. I’ve used it on a few rounds now and the phone stays perfectly in place, so that’s one less thing to worry about.

Good but could be better
This is a good phone holder; after all, it's a QuadLock design.
However, a few caveats: the phone can't be angled to your viewing preference; it covers the remote hook on the handlebar; and you can't use it and the umbrella at the same time.
However, I would still buy it, as it's so convenient for your phone, especially with the Arcos app (or a similar one).

A good addition to the quad lock range
It’s ok still trying it out as only had a few weeks. I used to use a bike grip quad lock but this is better but not on a sunny day as I would like to use the umbrella but you cannot have everything

Blocks Access To The Remote.
Nice idea, but when a phone is mounted it covers the remote dock on the handle, making it impossible to clip the remote on and off.
