Q Series Upper Assembly

Had to order this as my original snapped when it toppled over !! New part seems stronger . Hope it is !!

Less than 48 hours from finding a fault I had a replacement part arrive.

This company has the best aftersales service of any company (retail or otherwise) that I have ever come across. Since I purchased my electric trolley just over 2 years ago they have dealt with every problem immediately. Their service is superb. Unfortunately though I shouldn't have had need of their services if their product was better. In the 27 months I have owned my trolley the shaft has broken three times. I am a 76 year old twice a week golfer. I'm not some young whippersnapper who doesn't look after his equipment. I am very careful and go steadily round the golf course. I have no idea why the shaft should break so frequently but it has. Perhaps the composite material used is not sufficiently strong. Other makes use steel shafts. I wish Stewarts did. Surprisingly Stewarts only give a 2 year guarantee compared with 5 years by other major manufacturers. I am just hoping that I won't be unlucky a fourth time! Thankfully Stewarts replaced my shaft free of charge even though it was out of guarantee which was very much appreciated but really - shafts should never break, let alone three times in 27 months!

I was impressed by quick response to my email and rapid delivery of replacement part despite my warranty having expired.
