Replacement Assembly an improvement
The upper assembly was always the weak point of the Q Follow. I needed a new one when the original snapped. The replacement is an improvement - it's a stiffer structure and the release button for folding is more user friendly. Overall though it still lets the trolley down.
With the benefit of 30 months of use, I'd say the Q follow was significantly overpriced.

Easy to fit upstand.
Easy replacement to carry out with minimal tools.
