Travel Bag

I had an X7 for 12 years no problems, recently purchase the Vertx Carbon remote looking to upgrade, the trolley arrived late having to email Stewarts where is it after promising 3 day delivery, therefore had to hire a trolly from the pro shop.
Problems setting up the bluetooth, again support not very good, the trolley has fallen over once as I play on a hilly course, the X7 was very good on the terrain, the vertx battery has jammed and I have to release with a screwdriver everytime i use the trolley, again informed Stewards support still waiting for an answer. the X7 robust solid bit of kit, don't know if this this Vertx will last as long. support needs to be sorted by Stewart's its very frustrating when you don't get answers, bearing in mind how much they cost.

No problem with the trolley excellent very satisfied with the purchase and the carry bag.
However the umbrella holder is very poorly designed, the system for securing the handle into the tube is not good, during my last round of golf my present umbrella blew out of the holder at least three times.
The holder supplied by competitors usually incorporates a screw device that secures the handle of the umbrella into the tube, reducing the risk of the umbrella from blowing away.
Redesigned urgently required, lets the brand down.

This is perfect and does exactly what you need. I love the four corner zips it just makes it a breeze to put away and keep the car clean. It's really strong and great quality.

Well made travel bag that fits very well with the VERTX trolley. Plenty of zips make it easy to both pack / un-pack the trolley.
Having the gap at the top to access the carry handle works very well
