Packages In response to customer demand, Stewart Golf have introduced a number of service packages to allow you to maintain Stewart Golf Machines.
Fault Diagnosis - £60 *Please see carriage costs below
The trolley will be assessed by our service engineers and a report of the diagnosis provided together with a quote for work needed which will include parts and labour.
The diagnosis does not include any cleaning of the trolley.
Please note that this is for fault finding and repair only; this is not a service.
If a full service/valet is required, please book a Premier Service.
Premier Service - Including battery and Handset Service - £169
Premier servicing of the Q Series includes full inspection of both front and rear axles, along with replacement wheel & axle bearings.
Our engineers will strip down and rebuild the motors, removing any accumulated carbon dust.
Inspection of the brushes, lock ring & slider and gearboxes will be undertaken, with the gearbox being re-greased and brushes replaced if necessary.
All Q Series will receive a replacement bag support, to the latest design.
Battery Health Check
Included in your premium service
Our engineers will inspect your SmartPower battery and charger. Undertaking a full discharge and recharge capacity test, with any battery capacity above 80% being passed.
Any and all battery firmware will be updated.
Handset Service
Included in your premium service
Our engineers will update your handset firmware to the latest available, ensuring the best performance out on the course.
We will replace the handset battery, top and bottom mouldings, keypad, belt clip, silicon skin and USB charging cable.
Valet Clean
Included in your premier service
All components will be cleaned to our premium standards. Your trolley will be dismantled and each piece inspected, cleaned and reassembled. Including both rear and front wheels.
After your service, we will contact you to update you on the condition of your Q Series and advise if we recommend any further work not covered by our service package. Any additional work you agree to go ahead with (while your trolley is still in our service centre) will not incur labour charges. You will receive a full service report of the work carried out on your Q Series, along with a short video of your trolley working to our engineers standards.
POLITE NOTICE: We can only accept orders for service packages from UK mainland addresses.
