Compatible with X Series handsets V6.0 or newer.
NOTE:
Your handset battery will come pre fitted to the back of a handset. All you will need to do is attach the white connector to the two prongs on the PCB. Making sure that the two silver dots on the white connector are facing you.
Putting it the other way will damage the battery and your handset.
I gave one star only because 0 isn’t an option. The team are great and I do feel sorry they are on the front line defending such an awful product. I’ve had less than 2 years it’s broke 3 times and this time they tell me that a trolley I paid £1600 for they want to charge me £200 to see what is wrong.
The concept of the trolley is great but the product isn’t. A view shared by pretty much anyone else I talk to. There are instances where people don’t have issues I am sure but my is an expensive lesson. Motorcaddy for me. Already performing better than Stewart, no it doesn’t follow but it does work which feels like the basic requirement.
Anyone want it they can have it or I’ll be taking it to the tip. I’m pretty certain there will be some platitude response from Stewart, that’s the point their people care. Shame their engineers aren’t as good as their customer service.

Ridiculous service. Waiting on a piece of plastic being delivered from FedEx. 3 weeks, 8 days off work waiting to sign for it...
You could have put it in a bloody jiffy bag and sent it second class and it would have been here quicker.
Hopefully it will arrive before the golf season is over..... utter crap!!!!

I’ve owned a Stewart golf trolley for three years and, while there are some good aspects to it, overall my experience has been really disappointing because of reliability issues.
In that time I’ve had to replace three controllers due to battery and Bluetooth connectivity problems. The trolley regularly develops glitches during rounds, which becomes frustrating considering the premium price point.
The bottom bag strap is also poor quality. Mine snapped, the material feels flimsy and it was unnecessarily difficult to refit properly.
Battery performance has also been inconsistent. The original battery was decent, but the replacement battery only lasts around 16 holes. I ended up buying a second battery just to get through a full round, which really shouldn’t be necessary for a trolley at this price level.
When it works, the trolley is genuinely very good and enjoyable to use. However, the ongoing reliability problems, weak components, and constant little issues mean I couldn’t confidently recommend it. For such an expensive trolley, it simply doesn’t feel robust or dependable enough for regular use.

Having sent photos of the hand set battery looking blown and damaged, the replacement was promptly despatched and easily fitted. My QFollow trolley now works perfectly again.
