I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my Stewart Golf trolley and the lack of aftercare I have received.
Firstly, I did not purchase my trolley within the last 14 days as referenced in your returns policy. I purchased the trolley in November 2025, along with a new Stewart Golf bag and the carry bag for the trolley.
Since purchase, I have only been able to use the trolley for approximately 14 days in total. The remainder of the time it has either been unavailable due to repair delays or unusable due to normal golf course conditions.
In particular, the trolley has proven not fit for purpose in muddy conditions, which are entirely typical for UK golf courses during autumn and winter. This significantly limits its usability for a product of this type and price.
I am also extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Stewart Golf. I contacted you previously regarding these issues and wrote again last week, yet I have received no response. This gives the impression that aftercare and customer support are not being taken seriously.
Given the above, I am requesting:
A clear explanation of how Stewart Golf intends to resolve these issues, and
An appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund in line with my consumer rights.
I would appreciate a response within 14 days of this email. If I do not hear back, I will consider escalating the matter further.

Sent my Q follow off for a service, it was picked up on the Monday and it was back the following Monday. I have to say I’m still not sure that they have swopped my trolley for a brand new one, it has come back in tip top condition. The the best £225 I’ve spent.
