I purchased a follow me and had a faulty battery so made contact with customer care who dealt with my enquiry very promptly and replaced the battery without any concerns and now very happy with my trolley and with the quick turnaround

I can’t find fault with the online service and that in person.
I had an issue with my old battery. Contact was made online and an appointment less than 24 hours later. I was at head office less than 10 minutes for the issue to be dealt with to my full satisfaction.

Sadly their courier, DPD is unprofessional, unreliable and uncontactable.

I had an issue with my battery on my Q Follow. Mel in the customer service department was brilliant and sorted out my problem straight away and sent out a new battery with a next day delivery by Fedex. The new battery is working well and I love my Q Follow.
