Just like an electric car, the range of your trolley’s battery will vary. Factors like the weight of your bag, course terrain, temperature, and ground conditions all affect range. Heavier bags, hilly courses, cold weather, and soft ground all require more power, which will reduce the number of holes covered on a single charge.
You can maximise the number of holes your battery will give you by always fully charging it before every round, not storing it in extremes of temperature, and not overloading your golf bag.
Excellent battery with a long charge and also the smart App allows you to see useful information to keep you on the course .

A remote control trolly is the way forward!!!
My Vertex trolly was very well packed and took 5 days to arrive. Easy to set up however i did have an issue with the battery. This was replace after a few emails (which at the start were answered once every 48hrs which was my only gripe and need to improve)Carlie was excllent and knowlegable once contact was established. Once up and running use of the trolly was fantastic on course, the most noticeable result was the reduction in fatigue during & after the round. I now await for the Black S phone app to be release so I can connect my battery to my phone. All in all it is the best piece of golf equipment I have boughtand I am very happy with it however the issues listed are the the only things that are stopping me giving Stewart Golf a fifth star...

New Smart Battery
New battery arrived really quickly. Problem was it was an upgraded version of my old battery. There were no instructions included so I could not get it to charge. Eventually I found a phone number and spoke to Carlie.She was really helpful and gave me the info I needed to get it working.

The battery works fine but the light when turning it on doesn’t come on so you don’t know weather it’s on or off
