Stewart Golf x Bushnell Giveaway: Terms & Conditions
1. Competition Period: This competition will begin at 12:01am BST on Monday July 28th, 2025 and end at 11:59pm BST on Monday August 18th, 2025 (the “Competition Period”).
2. Prize Drawings: The drawing of the competition winner will take place on or around Tuesday August 19th, 2025 & Five (5) winners shall be chosen from all qualifying entries, as outlined in section 5 below. Limit one entry per person.
3. Official Rules: By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”). All entries become the property of Stewart Golf and will not be returned. Entrants waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity for any claim they may have relating to this competition.
4. Notification: The random drawing will be conducted by Stewart Golf whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Competition. Winners will be notified by email. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The prize winner will have 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response has been received within 48 hours, then Stewart Golf reserve the right to redraw a new winner. Once the prize has been claimed successfully by the winner, an announcement of the winner will be made via our website. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
5. Prize: Five (5) prizes in total, consisting of the following:
1st Prize: 1x Stewart Golf Q Follow (black, base), 1x Bushnell Pro X3, 1x Bushnell Wingman.
2nd Prize: 1x Bushnell Tour Hybrid.
3rd Prize: 1x Bushnell Phantom 3.
4th Prize: 1x Bushnell Phantom 3.
5th Prize: 1x Bushnell Phantom 3.
No cash alternative or substitution of Prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value if any Prize listed is unavailable for any reason. The Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. Any Prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, or print advertising, or other Promotion materials are for illustrative purposes only. The Prize is provided as is. The Prize, including delivery, is provided free of charge. The Winner shall be solely responsible for all and any taxes incurred by them as a result of winning the Prize.
The Prize shall, where possible, be shipped within 90 days from the Winner’s acceptance of the Prize.
6. Prize Winners: Except where prohibited, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation. Winner releases Sponsor, its directors, employees and agents including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and or use or misuse of any prize.
7. Release and Indemnification: By participating in the Drawing, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant's heirs, executors, and administrators to release, indemnify, defend, and hold the Drawing Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives (“Released Parties”) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Drawing. By participating in this Drawing, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error herein or in the Drawing itself, and to be bound by all actions of the Sponsor and/or Sponsor's representative, whose decisions are binding and final on all matters related to this Drawing. By accepting the tournament entry, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown, and biographical information for any lawful purpose (including but not limited to advertising and promotion), in perpetuity, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting the tournament entry, winner agrees for himself/herself and for his/her heirs, executors and administrators to release, hold harmless, indemnify and defend the Drawing Entities. Released Parties and their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this Drawing, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any tournament entry, or while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any tournament entry related activity and claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation or tournament entry delivery.
8. Eligibility: This Drawing is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are eighteen (18) years or older as of the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, parent company, subsidiaries, tournament entry providers and advertising and promotion agencies (the “Drawing Entities”), together with the immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and those persons living in the same household as such employees (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win. Drawing Entities, as referenced herein, shall specifically include Stewart Golf, Ltd. and Bushnell Golf Ltd. and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and their administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Drawing.
9a. Consent: By entering the competition, all entrants consent to Stewart Golf, and selected 3rd party providers engaged by Stewart Golf, to use their submitted information to send personalised information on Stewart Golf goods and services, news, offers, surveys and promotions and those of selected 3rd parties via email, social media, digital video and digital display advertising. Entrants can opt out of Stewart Golf communications at any time by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link in the email footer, or requesting to be removed by contacting info@stewartgolf.com.
9b. Consent: By entering the competition, all entrants consent to Bushnell Golf Limited, and selected 3rd party providers engaged by Bushnell Golf to use your information above to send personalised information on Bushnell Golf goods and services, news, offers, surveys and promotions and those of selected 3rd parties via email, social media, digital video and digital display advertising. All entrants understand they have the right to unsubscribe or update their preferences at any time by contacting Bushnell Golf (see privacy notice) or by following the unsubscribe instructions on company the relevant communication.
