Service above and beyond

I decided to have my follow trolley serviced. Initially I ordered the service for the incorrect model only realising my error when they sent the box for collection. I emailed customer support explaining the mistake and they promptly sent me the correct box and amended my order without any difficulty or blame.

The service has been exceptional.

Two days later they collected my trolley and emailed me upon receipt. This has been the most transparent customer service I have encountered. A week later I received an email informing me that my trolley would be dispatched that day for delivery the following day Even sent a video of my trolley in action from the video it looks a brand new machine.

Once I unpacked the trolley I can’t believe it’s my original. These guys are amazing. The trolley is one of the best on the market despite it being an older model. However the team are the best you will ever find there customer ethos should be bottled and used by all

5* Service AND a box!

Actually, this review is more about the service I received on my X9 trolley - all supported by the box. Outstanding from start to finish is my best description. My trolley arrived back in perfect working condition and the only time I have ever seen it looking so good is when it was new out of the box! Excellent work and thank you.

X & V10 SERIES PACKAGING

While £30 seems quite a lot for a cardboard box it is purpose built so my X9 (now 10 years old and still going strong) fits in neatly and securely. All arrangements for delivery of the box, its uplift and return ran smoothly and the whole process including service was achieved in a single week.
I've also kept the box but just need to find a space in the garage for it!
