Every VERTX Remote, V10 Remote, Q Remote, X9 Remote and X10 Remote is supplied with a compact handset which is individually coded to each trolley (think of it as a car key). Opt for a spare handset and you can leave one in your golf bag or at the club.

Replacement handsets are supplied with a silicon skin which must be used at all times.
Old remote stopped working so ordered a new one and its £125 !!! Absolute joke of a price and they wanted £165 for a follow remote which I've never liked doing (stuff falls off and you have to run back to pick it up) if this remote goes, I'll just torch the trolley, which was an impulse buy during covid lock down.

Delivery Disaster
Remote is a good product and ordering is as easy. I have bought two trolleys and a Stewart bag plus accessories without the slightest problem. On this occasion the courier FedEx were frankly hopeless both in delivery and customer support. They do not in any way enhance the Stewart brand.

Poor customer service
Wrong product sent out, completely wrong instructions from Chatbot, I end up out of pocket for Stewart's mistake and just fobbed off with as much as 'we're sorry but it happens' I wouldn't recommend them despite actually liking my trolley.

It worked for a while and then one morning it went crazy at a tournament. Failed to respond on a number of occasions meaning I had to run and stop my trolley or I was stood trying to get it work for way too long. It ruined my morning and game.
Customer service so far has been very average. Two weeks in and I still do not have a solution from them.
