Every Q Follow, X9 Follow, and X10 Follow is supplied with a compact handset which is individually coded to each trolley (think of it as a car key). Opt for a spare handset and you can leave one in your golf bag or at the club.

Replacement handsets are supplied with a silicon skin which must be used at all times.
My remote broke shortly after Stewart serviced it and installed a new battery. Rather than just send out a new circuit board I had to spend £160 on new remote. 18 hole battery on works for 16 holes so forced to buy a 36 hole battery. Unreliable terrible customer service. Have just sold my trolley so I never have to deal with Stewart again.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As your handset was outside of warranty and beyond repair, we arranged for a replacement to be sent. Regarding your battery, our service team tested it and found no faults. Our team did offer to return your existing battery to you free of charge, however we can see that you chose to upgrade to a new battery (RRP £400) for £100. Please note that our Customer Care team does not have direct visibility of the complaint forms submitted to our service department, and were therefore unaware of any concerns regarding your battery. While we regret that this process was frustrating, the timeline reflects that our team provided clear solutions, and goodwill gestures.

I had issues with my remote control not charging. I placed an order via the Stewart website and within a couple hours someone messaged requesting my trolley details. Once those details were given, the remote was despatched the same day and arrived the following day. Excellent service. Thank you

Initially I found it very difficult to sort my issue out as I had left several phone messages over a period of a week to call me back, however, nobody called. My final call was answered by, I think Meg, after discussing the problem with her, everything fell in to place thanks to her answering the phone. It’s better to talk. All good now.
