I have replaced two of the upper assemblies and the latest one is very weak and wobbly. It looks like I’m going to have to replace it for a third time.

It is far too expensive, it should be made out of steel then it wouldn't need replacing as much

upper handle assembly
The assembly came quickly enough .I do think its a big problem with this model and that you we're fully aware of, and that it should have been replaced free of charge has my trolley was less than 3years old ...

Our trolley warranty covers products for two years from the date of purchase, so unfortunately a trolley approaching three years old would fall outside of the warranty period and any replacement parts would therefore be chargeable.
