The length of time taken to dispatch this item was way beyond my expectations, the 7-10 days standard is too long in my view but this was longer than that. I don’t understand how it takes so long to dispatch a part and I was unable to use my trolley for several weeks. Not impressed

Recently had an issue with the handle assembly as a crack appeared and the mechanism wasn’t locking.
One phone call later and a replacement was on its way under warranty - I did supply a supporting video which helped.

Cannot compliment Stewart golf enough, spoke Carlie a lovely lady on the phone who said I could bring my cart to the factory in Gloucester, while there Carlie booked in a repaire start date which was a week ahead, the following day I had an email saying they have repaired the cart and it will be delivered the following day.
Now that’s what I call service, not one complaint about their customer care.
