Cannot compliment Stewart golf enough, spoke Carlie a lovely lady on the phone who said I could bring my cart to the factory in Gloucester, while there Carlie booked in a repaire start date which was a week ahead, the following day I had an email saying they have repaired the cart and it will be delivered the following day.
Now that’s what I call service, not one complaint about their customer care.

I damaged the handle of my Q Follow trolly. Not sure what to do took couple of photos and send it to the customer service over the weekend. Monday got an email back what I can do and a YouTube video to show what to do. Parts ordered next day and received two days later. I cannot believe how easy it was to replace the damage part following the YouTube.

Fitting Q series Upper assembly
My Q follow upper arm broke and thought I would have to send this for repair. Stewart golf sent a video of how to replace this before I purchased the part required.
Ordered part came within 48 hours and took about 6min to remove damaged part and replace with new upper arm. Fantastic service and advice. :)
