Stewart customer service continues to be outstanding. This is the second occasion I have booked a same day service with an early collect and it has been brilliant . With a prior email detailing a loose handle assembly I dropped my Q follow at 08:40. I was immediately introduced to the engineer who had one remaining job to finish . 12:00 reception called my mobile with an update re the handle assembly . I had the choice to remain with the current or purchase a new . I chose the latter and at 12:40 reception called to confirm my Q follow had been tested ( video) and was ready for collection. I was on my way back home by 12:45.
Stewart Golf is a class act . Bravo to all .

The handle on my trolley developed the droops and I had difficulty folding it down, but a phone call to Stewart and a new one was on its way the same day even though it was out of warranty. Very impressed with after sales service.
