A firm can be judged by how well they respond when there is an issue.
SG were genuinely impressive when I had an issue with my brilliant trolley.
They sorted the issue way faster and with less fuss than, in many ways, thought possible.

Faulty trolley faulty Battery
My trolley is not even a year old.
But it's been replaced once.
Then I've had to replace the battery on the newly replaced trolley.
After 6 rounds of golf it started to be non responsive to the handset, so it was sent back again.
So now the battery, handset and electronics int the trolley has been replaced.
I had to push to get the warranty extended for a further 12 months.
It's been an absolute nightmare.
Would not recommend a Stewart to anyone.

We also extended your warranty through to March 2028 to give you complete peace of mind. We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed, but please rest assured that your trolley, battery, and handset are all now covered and supported well into the future.
