Just like an electric car, the range of your trolley’s battery will vary. Factors like the weight of your bag, course terrain, temperature, and ground conditions all affect range. Heavier bags, hilly courses, cold weather, and soft ground all require more power, which will reduce the number of holes covered on a single charge.
You can maximise the number of holes your battery will give you by always fully charging it before every round, not storing it in extremes of temperature, and not overloading your golf bag.

Battery was a replacement due to erratic on/off switch. The android app has also now been supplied for this new battery.

Problem with new battery on new trolley not functioning properly was quickly resolved after an exchange of emails. New battery installed and working well new trolley fantastic worth two shots of my handicap and well done the girls on customer service!

A remote control trolly is the way forward!!!
My Vertex trolly was very well packed and took 5 days to arrive. Easy to set up however i did have an issue with the battery. This was replace after a few emails (which at the start were answered once every 48hrs which was my only gripe and need to improve)Carlie was excllent and knowlegable once contact was established. Once up and running use of the trolly was fantastic on course, the most noticeable result was the reduction in fatigue during & after the round. I now await for the Black S phone app to be release so I can connect my battery to my phone. All in all it is the best piece of golf equipment I have boughtand I am very happy with it however the issues listed are the the only things that are stopping me giving Stewart Golf a fifth star...
