Happy with the quality and working of the trolley. Not having any manual controls is a significant issue I feel especially if I forget to charge the remote or leave it at home after charging by mistake.

Awesome bit of kit.

My club is particularly hilly and very awkward to say the least off camber and heavy slope. Absolutely no issues with stability or control. it took me just a few holes to get to grips with direction, Keep the trolly well ahead of you. Cup holder not so good … because my club is bumpy the holder rocks to much causing spills or drops the bottle.

I purchased my Q follow last year. I played approximately 40 rounds with it this year and never ever had an issue. I have contacted support and each time received a very quick answer. I had a warranty issue and they fixed it quickly and it was a minor programming issue with my remote that they updated the programming and my cart now works even better than ever. The only issue I had was that I wish I would have been able to purchase an additional warranty because I did not when I first purchased the trolley. Over all if you are an avid golfer and enjoy walking the course this is a must have. They truly knocked it out of the park with the Q follow. Don’t know how a did without it in previous years. You can go wrong with the trolley and after a few holes you will master the operation of the remote.
