These 'Approved Refurbished' trolleys may have seen some use out on the golf course or been used as demonstration models, however, they have since been fully serviced and tested to production standards by our skilled engineers, and are in a very good general condition overall.
We have very limited stock of 'Approved Refurbished' trolleys, and stock numbers will be updated as/when more trolleys have been refurbished.
I woz very upset at first az the charger woz faulty, witch i reported the day after my pacel arived, this woz a Sunday, i had a tex chat with your digital advisor stuwie, who sead in the text, a replacement charge would be posted on Monday, witch did not arrive, so I had another conversation with him on tue, & woz arshored this would sent tuesday, still nothing on weds, & i woz playing golf that evening, so unable to use the new trolly, nothing arrived the next day, so I managed to find your telliphone number on Google & spoke to very helpful lady who sead there is nothing on the sisterm about the faulty charger, but ashored me it would be with me fri, witch it did. So im very happy now az the trolly is great, but felt a little let down about having so much trouble getting a replacement charger, that's why you only get 4 stars,

Great Service
Great Service from the humans, not so much their AI. The Vertex 10 its self is below what I had hoped for with bits feeling like poor quality plastics. The bumber stabiliser would be better serviced with wheels at the back. No battery charge indicator, so could just go flat. Steering is not that great as it jumps around.

Bought refurbished but it was indistinguishable from new. A powerful trolley that will maintain a set speed on up and down slopes. Eye-catching and a delight to use. Quite heavy but very stable.
