Every VERTX Remote, V10 Remote, Q Remote, X9 Remote and X10 Remote is supplied with a compact handset which is individually coded to each trolley (think of it as a car key). Opt for a spare handset and you can leave one in your golf bag or at the club.

Replacement handsets are supplied with a silicon skin which must be used at all times.
It worked for a while and then one morning it went crazy at a tournament. Failed to respond on a number of occasions meaning I had to run and stop my trolley or I was stood trying to get it work for way too long. It ruined my morning and game.
Customer service so far has been very average. Two weeks in and I still do not have a solution from them.
