This USB power cable is designed for use when charging Stewart Remote, Q & X Series handsets.
Having a USB power cable means you can charge your handset anywhere you find a USB port.
The USB power cable supplied is the ONLY one that can be used to safely charge your handset: if any other power cable is used the handset may be damaged and any subsequent repair will NOT be covered by warranty.
Remember to charge your handset fully before use and then again after each round: once the charging cycle is complete the indicator light on the handset will glow green and you can disconnect the handset from the USB power cable.
Very expensive for a cable!!!! And equivalent dollar to pound conversion. Come on look

Shame I needed to buy this proprietary cable.
The remote charging cable works fine and arrived rapidly, that is the good part, here for the not so good part.
I could not believe that the Stewart remote control required such an antiquated DC Power plug, everything else that we all buy today that needs to be charged up has one of the generic USB type sockets, maybe even wireless charging, quite a handy feature for a device that is likely to get wet.
So, with all other devices, I can use one of the many USB chargers and cables to charge my device but with the Stewart charger, they make it difficult and expensive.
Time to move into the modern world please Stewart Golf, every one else has. If you went all the way into wireless charging, then you could also get rid of the rubber condom we have to put on the remote.
