I damaged the handle of my Q Follow trolly. Not sure what to do took couple of photos and send it to the customer service over the weekend. Monday got an email back what I can do and a YouTube video to show what to do. Parts ordered next day and received two days later. I cannot believe how easy it was to replace the damage part following the YouTube.

Fitting Q series Upper assembly
My Q follow upper arm broke and thought I would have to send this for repair. Stewart golf sent a video of how to replace this before I purchased the part required.
Ordered part came within 48 hours and took about 6min to remove damaged part and replace with new upper arm. Fantastic service and advice. :)
