Q Series Full Stabiliser Assembly

The Service offered by Stewart Golf is great but their Collection Company (DPD) is shocking and they let Stewart Golf down. Over the last few months I have had to return the battery and the complete trolley, with the battery they failed to collect on at least 5 occasions and posted a number of lame excuses “parcel not ready”, “customer not in”, which were all rubbish. When they failed to collect the trolley on the first occasion I just returned it myself using Parcelforce. When Stewart Golf received the battery and the trolley the works were carried out promptly and dispatched the same day. Their Delivery Company (FedEx) delivered the following day on both occasions. If it wasn’t for DPD I would have given them 5 Stars!

Q remote recently serviced by Stewart golf, excellent customer service, several parts replaced including full electrics and remote . Trolley is as good as new.

Carlie helped me sort a replacement, as I like an idiot, let my VERTX trolley fall out of the back of my SUV. Within two emails, I'd bought a replacement and arrived the following day. I was also sent a "how to fit it" link and it took 5 minutes. Thank you Carlie and thank you Stewart.
