Keep your box!
I would like to know how many people keep the box.
It's not small finding somewhere to store it.
A better solution would be to return the box after purchase.
This would be better for the environment with the box being reused multiple times.
Thanks for your feedback! We completely understand that the box is large and not always easy to store. However, we do recommend that customers keep their original packaging in case the trolley ever needs to be returned to us for servicing or repairs. Using the original box helps ensure it arrives safely and securely.
