Just like an electric car, the range of your trolley’s battery will vary. Factors like the weight of your bag, course terrain, temperature, and ground conditions all affect range. Heavier bags, hilly courses, cold weather, and soft ground all require more power, which will reduce the number of holes covered on a single charge.
You can maximise the number of holes your battery will give you by always fully charging it before every round, not storing it in extremes of temperature, and not overloading your golf bag.
The trolley is excellent but I’m now on my third battery in 2 years at a cost of over £600 (in fairness I dropped the first one!). Customer service is ok but very slow, every message taking 24 hours to respond to.
For a “rolls royce” product the service is distinctly “Lada”.

Really good experience with the customer care team
I purchased a follow me and had a faulty battery so made contact with customer care who dealt with my enquiry very promptly and replaced the battery without any concerns and now very happy with my trolley and with the quick turnaround

Battery replacement under warranty
I can’t find fault with the online service and that in person.
I had an issue with my old battery. Contact was made online and an appointment less than 24 hours later. I was at head office less than 10 minutes for the issue to be dealt with to my full satisfaction.
