Just like an electric car, the range of your trolley’s battery will vary. Factors like the weight of your bag, course terrain, temperature, and ground conditions all affect range. Heavier bags, hilly courses, cold weather, and soft ground all require more power, which will reduce the number of holes covered on a single charge.

You can maximise the number of holes your battery will give you by always fully charging it before every round, not storing it in extremes of temperature, and not overloading your golf bag.

Essential item with a useful app

Unfortunately my original battery developed a fault However I cannot speak highly enough of the assistance from customer services as they had a new battery to me under warranty within a couple of days. Excellent service.

Battery replacement

I had a problem with the 18 hole battery, probably due to the length of my home course, the battery was replaced with the 36 holes, without hesitation. Unbelievable customer support service.

it didn’t arrive

I waited all day Wednesday for delivery and it didn’t arrive. It was classed as hazardous due to it being a battery. It took a week to be delivered just sat in Milton Keynes for days.

Thank you for leaving a review, we're sorry to hear your battery wasn't delivered on the day it was supposed to, however we can see if was only held for 1-2 days before being delivered.

New battery, excellent service

Had problems with releasing the battery. Contacted customer service via email, within three emails established the battery needed replacing. Delivery was arranged that day and I had a new battery the very next day, which works very well. Cannot fault the customer service, they were superb. Happy teddy on the course again.
