Every Q Follow, X9 Follow, and X10 Follow is supplied with a compact handset which is individually coded to each trolley (think of it as a car key). Opt for a spare handset and you can leave one in your golf bag or at the club.
If you are an existing owner and have lost your handset, please enter your serial number in the box above. If you think you have a fault please contact our service department as we may be able to help diagnose the issue before you purchase a replacement.
If you are ordering a spare handset to go with a brand new order for an X9 and X10 Follow golf trolley, please just enter 'NEW' in the box above.
Replacement handsets are supplied with a silicon skin which must be used at all times.
I felt compelled to write this review having lost/misplaced the original follow remote my Stewart Q follow came with. The new remote (I ordered through the Stewart website) is SO much better than the previous one - looks the same, but the connection is MUCH better.
I've always been delighted with the Q follow trolley, but I did find the trolley 'occasionally' lost connection with the remote and you'd find my trolley 100 yards down the fairway thinking it was behind me. Since the new replacement remote arrived I've played 4 or 5 times and the new remote hasn't lost connection once. Needless to say, I'm delighted with the results and thought I'd share this with my fellow golfers, as this is a game changer for me.
Customer service is also exceptional and I'll continue to purchase their goods, as they really are very good quality.

Useless replacement remote
I’ve now had 5 remotes only one working properly in follow mode!
The last replacement didn’t work at all in follow mode!
No reply from customer service!

Terrible!
My remote broke shortly after Stewart serviced it and installed a new battery. Rather than just send out a new circuit board I had to spend £160 on new remote. 18 hole battery on works for 16 holes so forced to buy a 36 hole battery. Unreliable terrible customer service. Have just sold my trolley so I never have to deal with Stewart again.

Regarding your battery, our service team tested it and found no faults. Our team did offer to return your existing battery to you free of charge, however we can see that you chose to upgrade to a new battery (RRP £400) for £100. Please note that our Customer Care team does not have direct visibility of the complaint forms submitted to our service department, and were therefore unaware of any concerns regarding your battery. While we regret that this process was frustrating, the timeline reflects that our team provided clear solutions, and goodwill gestures.
