Our flagship model, the Q Follow, takes the Stewart Golf heritage of award-wining innovation and elevates it again with a next-generation compact Follow and Remote golf trolley.
These 'Approved' trolleys may have seen some use out on the golf course or been used as demonstration models, however they have since been fully serviced and tested to production standards by our skilled engineers, and are in a very good general condition overall.
We have very limited stock of 'Approved' trolleys, and stock numbers will be updated as/when more trolleys have been refurbished.
Our 'Approved Refurbished' trolleys are supplied with a 12-month warranty.
Upgraded from Motocaddy M7 remote and now I have used several times I can say it is a much better all round trolley. Handsfee is really good once you get used to it - It is responsive and follows very well - not played yet with other Stewart Trolley owners so will be interesting to see how follow works when your in a 4 ball with several other users. Only constructive comments are - could be stronger fixing for bottom of bag. Handle/ neck lacks rigidity when compared to my previous trolley. Customer services very helpfully.
Thank you for taking the time to share a review. It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying the upgrade and finding the handsfree Follow feature such a positive step up from your previous trolley. Playing alongside other Stewart owners will be a fun experienceas long as you active follow mode 5 meter appart from each other the trolleys will be able to distinguish between remotes and follow devices, so you’ll be able to walk together without issue. We also appreciate your constructive feedback on the bag fixing and handle, which we’ll pass along to our development team. Delighted to hear our Customer Care team were able to assist you as well.
All good so far 3 rounds in and loving it
Thank you for leaving a review, were glad to hear your loving it!
Very heavy considering it’s designed to be pick up with one hand. No way to charge a device. If the remote breaks/ runs out of battery there is no override button which seems ridiculous, you have to release wheels and try and push it. Follow me is good until it doesn’t and it’s 20m away not responding.
Hi Jamie, thank you for your review. Weight is an important factor when designing a golf trolley, as this is key for maintaining stability on the course. If the trolley is too light then it will be prone to toppling over, particularly on hills and slopes. When transporting the trolley, we recommend removing the battery first, as this will reduce the overall weight and make it easier to lift/carry. A built-in USB port and override ability for the handset are both things that are currently in development for future releases. We always recommend charging the handset at the same time as your main trolley battery, to ensure both are always fully charged before a round. As mentioned, if your trolley does run out of battery for any reason, then you can place the trolley into freewheel mode, as a backup. Kind regards
Very well designed, easy to put up and down and operates really well. The follow mode is its best mode of operation when you get used to it, overall very happy with it. One criticism is that the front wheels are fixed and turning becomes a bit clunky at times and use the glide stop button not the stop button as that one stops it dead very abruptly, which is what it’s meant to do in emergency. Overall really good so far.
Thankyou!
First of all, the item took over 2 weeks to be delivered despite claims that it should take 48hrs. Then, after reading the manual I charged both the battery and handset in preparation for a match on the Sunday.
I downloaded the app to check battery health using the QR code provided but the app doesn't seem to work. It was stating the battery was 0%.
I assumed it was an app issue and everything seemed fine until the trolley stopped after my second shot on the 7th hole with the battery light flashing green. I turned it off and on a few times to see if that would reset it without luck.
I ended up pushing the trolley that hole. Not a great advert for Stewart Golf due to walking towards a crowd around the green including the Captain and Lady President of the club I was playing against.
I have sent an email 48 hours ago requesting advice and a resolution - still awaiting a reply.
