Our Customer Care team was in contact with you in August and arranged for a replacement umbrella bungee to be sent out. We haven’t received any further correspondence from you since then, so if you’re still experiencing an issue, please do get back in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to look into this further for you.

The umbrella holder is intentionally designed as a safety feature, if the wind becomes too strong, the umbrella will release to prevent potential damage to the trolley. However we'll be sure to pass on your comments to our Development team for future consideration.
