Handset Service - £49
This includes: Inspection and test of all components on the handset including replacing the handset battery and membrane if required. If a replacement handset is required the cost of the service will be discounted from the price of a new handset (Full handset price: From £125).

Shipping
It is your responsibility to send the handset in to us to be tested. Please include a printed version of your order confirmation inside the package. You are required to cover shipping costs to us, but will then ship this back to you free of charge.

Handset Service

Having read your notice that you could repair Handsets, I sent my handset for repair at a cost of £49.00. I received a message to say that you could not repair the handset as you did not have the replacement parts and therefore needed to charge me another £75.00. Which I reluctantly paid. I asked for the original handset back as the only fault was that the golf trolley could not be controlled to move backwards. I then received another new handset as a replacement because you had disposed of my original handset. I do not need two handsets and would have preferred not have paid the extra £75.00.

Excellent servicr

I had occasion to teturn my handset for a new battery pack as it ceased to hold a charge. Stewart Golf were very quick to return a brand new handset to me for the same price as a repair.
