I had an issue with my battery on my Q Follow. Mel in the customer service department was brilliant and sorted out my problem straight away and sent out a new battery with a next day delivery by Fedex. The new battery is working well and I love my Q Follow.

I have a slight issue with my new battery after only a few rounds. So I contacted the service department to ask for help. After an immediate response and dialogue I returned my existing battery with a brand new battery issued almost immeditely ready for my next round. The customer care and attention from Carlie & Mel was fantastic. A lot of organisations could take a leaf out of Stewart Golf's customer service team, who were excellent and went above and beyond. Thank you to Carlie & Mel for looking after me and my extra special treatment.

I sent my Q Follow into a pond,(totally submerged)completely owner stupidity 😪 Trolley worked for a few weeks and then battery gave up. I put it into Stewart for a service, Needed new battery, motor and electrics replaced. Mel from Stewart golf kept me updated with the progress and gave me a very good price for the whole job.
